Obituary of Sam Valuck

Sam W. Valuck, 89, beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, died Sept. 30, 2011 at Porter Hospice. A WWII veteran, he served in the Army Air Corps. Graduate of the University of Michigan and Kirksville College of Osteopathy, he practiced anesthesiology for 40 years. Highlights of his golf career include 3 Greater Muskegon Open Championships and 1961 Colorado Open Champion. He is survived by wife Dorothy, sisters Annie & Milllie, brother Dick, 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Services at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 10:15 AM Friday Oct. 7, Area C. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to Porter Hospice Foundation.
