Obituary of Edward Clark

Edward Clark of Denver, passed away August 31, 2009 at Saint Anthony’s Central Hospital. He was 87. Ed was born on December 18, 1921 in Denver. Son of Ernie and Elsie, brother to Floyd and Larry. He married Alva Jellison in 1942. He graduated from West High School, was a World War II veteran, and retired from Gates Rubber Company. He is survived by his brother Floyd (Dovie) and by his children: Rebecca(Vic), Donald, Michial(Sue), and Gary(Les); grandchildren: Candice, Julia, Emily, Lori, Sean, Randi, and Kimberly; his great grandchildren: Amanda, Melissa, Jeremy, Stephanie, Nolan, Henry; and many other relatives and friends. He will be remembered as a feisty and loving brother, father, and grandfather who loved Alva, his family, his cars, softball, bowling, sketching, fixing most everything and his property in Fairplay. An open house reception/memorial we be held at Ed’s house, 1324 S. Zenobia from 12:00 – 3:00 pm on Tuesday Sept. 8. 2009
