Obituary of Frank Wise

Frank Jesse Wise, 66, of Rawlins, WY, passed away peacefully at home on November 5, 2019 in Thornton, CO.

 Burial services will be held at 11:30am, November 12, 2019 at Fort Logan National Cemetery.

 Frank was born in Rawlins, Wyoming to Edwin Wise and Vera Wise on February 7, 1953.  He attended Rawlins High Hchool. He married Gloria Jean Hernandez on October 9th, 1980 in Las Vegas. His career as a logistics supervisor for Rocky Mountain Arsenal spanned 30 years.  He was a veteran of the Army. His favorite activities were bowling, fishing, and going to the casino. Most of all, he enjoyed the time he spent with his grandchildren. People who met Frank might've thought he was a grouchy bear but his family knew he was a soft hearted and honest man.

Frank Jesse Wise was preceded in death by his father, Edwin Wise, his mother, Vera Wise, and his brother, Stan Ruby.

 Frank is survived by his wife, Gloria (Hernandez) Wise, his daughter, Amber Day, her husband Patrick Day Sr., his son, Frank Emerald Wise, his son’s fiancée, Ashlynn Anderson, his sister, Gloria Cottrill, and his brother, Clyde Ruby. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Patrick Wayne Day Jr., Melissa Emerald Day, Alli Emerald Wise, and Greyson Jesse Wise.

 Pallbearers will be Frank Wise, Patrick Day Sr., Patrick Day Jr., Nick Rueda, Mark Hernandez, and Thomas Alarid.
