Obituary of Albert Vernon Grove

Albert Vernon (Vern) Grove, 87, of Littleton, Colorado, peacefully passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019.

Vern was born on July 9, 1932, in Salida, Colorado to the late Albert O. Grove and Beatrice L. Grove. He joined the Navy and served on the USS Manchester during the Korean War. After serving in the Navy Vern joined is father in the installing and remodeling of kitchens.  Vern took over the business in 1962 and continued the designing and remodeling business known as Grove Custom Kitchens until his retirement. 

Vern is survived by his wife of 22 years, Barbara.  He had four children from a previous marriage, Bobbi Lynn O’Donnell, Jacki Lea Phillips (deceased), Michael Scott Grove (Barbara) and Mark Stephen Grove (Michelle), and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sisters, Louise Padgett (Jim), Opal Pierce (Wayne) (deceased), Betty Ann Grove (deceased) and Alberta Matson.

He is loved and, in our hearts, forever.
