Obituary of Lorraine M. Fregeau

Lorraine M. (Cooney) Fregeau, 79, of Thornton, CO passed away February 9, 2020 at home.  Born October 22, 1940 in Queens, NY, daughter of John and Mathilda (Cluxton) Cooney.  Preceded in death by parents, sister Irene Cooney, Joan Rattiger, and Marion Fickeissen; and brothers John, Joseph, Robert and William Cooney.  Also, grandson Joshua Wolfe. 

Survived by husband Richard E. Fregeau and children: Theresa Fregeau, OR, Christine Wolfe, Ft. Collins, CO, Denise Ogborn, North Platte, NE, Michelle Davis, Brighton, CO.  8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. 

She was a loving mother who enjoyed cooking, spending time with family and travels with husband and family.  During her lifetime she enjoyed teaching Sunday school, working in housekeeping and being a supervisor at an assisted living center.  Burial will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery, cremation was chosen.
