Obituary of Linda Lee Rodriguez

Linda Lee Rodriguez, the eldest child to June Agnes Mitchell and Jimmie Dale Lancaster, was born in Denver, Colorado, on November 26, 1957. 

During her professional career, Linda was a caregiver to children and the elderly at different facilities, until she was diagnosed with uterine and liver cancer in 2013.  

She had undergone multiple surgical procedures, radiation therapy and chemotherapy, until she was declared cancer free in mid 2014.  In mid 2018, it was found that her liver cancer had relapsed.   At that time, she went through more surgery and a new round of chemotherapy.   On October 28, 2020, her Oncologist finally declared her cancer free.

Linda Lee Rodriguez was called to God's glory on October 31, 2020, in Englewood, Colorado.   Linda loved to take care of people, was funny and enjoyed life.   She will be missed by one and all of who ever she came in contact  with and touched their hearts. 

Linda is survived by her loving husband, Rudolph Rodriguez, her son, James Chavez, and her daughter, Donna Martinez.   Linda was the grandmother to Jade, Raymond and Jordan.   She is also survived by her mother, June Scott (Mitchell), her sister, Beth Sjulstad-Wolter, and her brother, Carl Scott, the youngest of her siblings. She also had three nieces, a nephew, five grandnieces and three grandnephews.  Linda was preceded in death by another sister, Donna Sjulstad.
