Our Dearest Carmen, when someone as special as our precious friend Bill leaves this earth to meet his Savior, the grief feels unbearable. He was the most intelligent man we have ever met, his smile and chuckle will never be forgotten, and the fun times we spent together will be painfully missed. Bill caused us to think deeply; gave us a new appreciation of God’s creation in the heavens, the planets, the stars, the eclipse; and our conversations about the Jewish history and belief in Jesus Christ has truly changed the people Will and I are today. And his knowledge of the Space Station was amazing! In the wider view, we want you, Carmen, to know how much we appreciate Bill’s service in the Air Force. We know his contribution has made our great country exceedingly more secure for all of us, more than we will ever know. Bill’s legacy will live on through the many lives he touched. Sending you, Carmen, infinite love, Will & Max.

To my darling sister in Yeshua Carmen. Oh, how my heart breaks when I think that Bill has passed away. It seems like only yesterday that we were discussing the ways of YHWH. Bill always answered my many questions with kindness and patience and with a light sense of humor. I send you my deepest condolences Carmen as you grieve your darling husband. There are not many men like Bill in this world and I am so happy that you found each other. I look forward to meeting him in person in Eternity and perhaps we can sit and marvel at YHWH's splendid universe together. I send you so much love darling Carmen. From Brisbane Australia.

My husband, Bill, was a truly godly man... the smartest, brightest, most intelligent, loving, generous, gentlest, kindest and most compassionate person I've ever known in my entire life. He was the "healthy" one in our little family, and I always thought that I would be the first to leave this earth. Truth is, God is in charge, and He decided to take Bill, first. I will never question that. Instead, I will forever thank Him for the privilege of allowing me to be married to my soul mate and best friend for 21 beautiful, fun-filled and memory-making years. I look forward to our heavenly reunion one day, when we will get to hug and kiss and hold each other close again, as we prepare for a life of eternal servitude to our awesome Creator, whom we served to the best of our ability during our brief time on earth. Halleluyah!

Words fail me. I cannot describe the loss I feel. Dad was always there for me. I will miss hearing about all the projects he was working on. I will miss being able to pick up the phone and ask for his help on the projects I am working on. I owe so much to him and I could never thank him enough. I am proud to be his son. He was stubborn, thorough, and thoughtful and I miss him so much.
Love you Dad. - Jay

I had never met Bill in person but I enjoyed learning from him through his and Carmen's Torah study group. I enjoyed his sense of humor and was amazed by his knowledge of a vast variety of subjects! I admired his love of scientific facts, his love of YHWH and Yeshua, and his devotion to his wife Carmen. I will miss his presence on earth but I know he is at peace awaiting the day we come together in Yeshua's Kingdom.

There are no words to express my shattered heart. My Dad was the smartest man I've ever known. He loved his Wife, His God, work, retirement, and side projects and to travel. One of my favorite memories is how proud my Dad would be of me and cheering me on when I was on the soccer field. We used to watch the old school black and white The Little Rascals and Laural and Hardy. I definately get my nerd side from my pops. He would never ever hestitate to lend a hand! I am so proud to be his daughter and call him my Dad. I miss him so much! Dad rest in the peace that you deserve. I love you so xoxoxoxo Until we meet again......

My Memories of Bill Welker!
A man of amazing Faith, Who with his wife Carmen, brought me into the Knowledge of Truth. They taught me the importance of being a"Hebrew" Crossed over to true Obedience to YAHWEH / YESHUA /Torah,
It was a real blessed pleasure to know him and how gentle and kind and patient he was to me ... With Carmen, His Sweetheart of 21 years They faithfully phoned me every week all the way from Colorado to Scotland---- Bill read the Torah Scriptures for the week to me, then Prayed the Blessing, Then Carmen Prayed, and I was blessed, He answered any Questions I had lovingly and willingly, with his smile and patience
I shall with many others Miss Bill Welker, but I know the assurance that we shall see him again In the KINGDOM of GOD...... Rest in the Freedom of Peace Dear Bill... Till you are again with your beloved Forever wife Carmen. YAHWEH Bless His wife and all the family of GOD who LOVED and respected our Bill Welker.. SHALOM -----Shalom

I didn't know Bill face-to-face, however, what I did see here on fb was a Godly man that loved and cherished YHWH and His Messiah, loved and cherished his wife, and was passionate about Truth. My life is better for what I have seen in both Bill and you, Carmen ❤ May His Comfort and Peace envelope you during this journey.
