Obituary of Rebecca Lynn Coons

Rebecca Lynn Coons, age 51, of Commerce City, Colorado passed away Friday July 2, 2021, in Colorful Colorado. She was born October 31, 1969, in Denver Colorado to Joseph Leroy Wheeler and Betty Loumae Wheeler. She married Gregory Coons on April 24, 1999.

Rebecca was a stay-at-home mom for her 2 sons. She loved being a mom and a wife. She loved spending time with her family, and her favorite thing to do was watch WWE with her son Matthew. She loved her dog Lyla, they enjoyed sitting in the recliner together and were best friends.

She is survived by her husband, Gregory Coons of Commerce City; her son Cory Coons who is stationed at Fort Stewart Army base in Georgia; and her son Matthew Coons of Commerce City; her parents, Joseph and Betty Wheeler of Bridgeport Nebraska; two brothers, Joseph Wheeler (Michelle) of Platteville Colorado; David Wheeler of Platteville Colorado; a sister, Carol Roybal (Joe) of Bridgeport Nebraska; two brothers-in-law, Phil Coons (Connie) of Tucson Arizona; Chris Coons (Alex) of Golden Colorado; 6 Nieces, 7 Nephews.
