Obituary of Frank G. Felix

Frank G. Felix 89 years old, of Denver Colorado passed away peacefully the morning of September 3rd, 2021.

Frank was born in Denver Colorado to Miguel and Aurora Felix on January 7th, 1932. He was the third born of six children.

Frank was a Colorado native, and graduated from Manual High School. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the Navy.

During his service Frank was a Golden Gloves Lightweight boxer. He worked as a Local 17 Union truck driver, and retired from Yellow Freight.

After retirement, Frank went on to work for the Colorado Rockies as an usher for 11 years.

Frank was a man of few words, but was always taking care of everyone around him.

He enjoyed sports, and always attended his grandchildren’s sporting events. He never hesitated to help others. Frank will be dearly missed, he was a humble and selfless man.

Frank is preceded in death by parents, Miguel and Aurora Felix. Son, Edward Felix. Brothers, Mike and Leo Felix. Sisters, Theresa and Rosie.

Frank is survived by his wife Marie Felix. Sister Mary-Ann. Children Annette Felix, Felicia (Jesse) Berzoza, and Laura (Steve) Salazar. Grandchildren Benjamin Felix, Joshua Felix, Kevin Cortez, Brandon (Danelle) Berzoza, Jamie (Joey) Perez, Jennifer (Joe) Medina.

Great Grandchildren Alexis and Ava Felix, Amiah and Nihemiah Perez, McKayla Felix, Aiden and Logan Berzoza, Shawn and Josiah Medina.

Military and Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm Wednesday September 29th, at Fort Logan National Cemetery.

The Felix Family would like to thank you for the cards, flowers, & kind expressions of sympathy shown following Frank’s passing. Your Support at this difficult time was very much appreciated and a great comfort to all of the family.
