Obituary of Ruth Louise Weiler (Brown)

Ruth Louise Weiler (Brown), 83, died on October 2nd, 2021. Ruth was born on November 4th, 1937 to Charles Brown and Martha Wehner in St. Louis, Mo. One of nine children, she is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Alice and Bernard.

Ruth married Richard Weiler on August 22, 1959. Together they had five children. Mark, Diane (Bryan)

Janet (Jim), Jim (Susan), Dan (Liz), 11 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

Married 62 years, Ruth was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She and Dick moved to Littleton in 1968 and raised their family there. They traveled the world together and gathered incredible memories and stories. Ruth spent numerous years volunteering at Craig Hospital, as well as many years singing with the St. Mary’s church choir. She spent years teaching guitar to the children in the Littleton community. She will be remembered by all for her bright smile, sense of humor, love of travel and especially her love of life and family.
