Mikey was more like my adventurist second dad. Growing up, I always wanted to be where he was. He showed interest in things I would be involved with. He gave me my first oil paint set when I was 10. He seemed to marvel at things I was involved with. So funny and kind. Loving in his own way. I miss you Uncle Mike.

Mike was a great man! I was first introduced to Mike when he was doing construction related work in Park Hill on my parents house along with numerous other Park Hill homes. Gosh, I think I wasn't even a teenage when I first met him. Over the years and buying my our first home (in Park Hill) we hired Mike to transform our outdated small kitchen into one that was functional and kept the integrity of the house.
Mike will be missed, but my memories of Mike sitting on my porch after a hard days work sharing stories with me and offering life advise will always stay with me.
