OBITUARY

On June 29, 2022, Bonnie K. Hunter passed away at home peacefully in her sleep, just as she had hoped, surrounded by her devoted daughter and other loved ones. She would have turned 80 years old on July 11. A lifelong lover of gardening and Basset Hounds, Bonnie was well-loved in her neighborhood, where she could often be found puttering outside in the yard or on walks with her devoted four-legged friends. Bonnie was also very devout in her faith and an active member of Peace Lutheran Church, where she had many loving friends. She was generous, kind, funny, and had a huge heart.

Bonnie was predeceased by her husband Erno (Ernie) Hunter and is survived by her daughter Lee Ann and husband Eddie, five grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and her beloved Basset Hound Baxter. The service to celebrate Bonnie will be held on July 12, 2022, at 10 am at Peace Lutheran Church, 5675 Field St, Arvada, CO. 303-424-4454.
