William H. (Willie) Reynolds

Willie, age 63 passed away on December 19, 2023 in Denver, Colorado. Willie was born in Crawford, Nebraska on September 23, 1960 to Lloyd and Catherine Reynolds.

Willie was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, serving his country from 1981 to 1986 at Camp Lejeune, Marine Barracks Guam, and Beirut, Lebanon. During his service, Willie was deployed to Beirut from 1982 to 1984 as part of a multinational peacekeeping force tasked with assisting the Lebanese government in its efforts to achieve stability.

Willie was a master carpenter by trade and found great pleasure and success in remodeling many homes in the Denver Metro area. His expertise with woodworking machines, hand tools, and power tools created many unique and beautiful displays of woodwork.

Willie lived an honorable life and did not let defeat, suffering, struggle, and loss define him. What did define him is how hard he worked to find his way out of the depths. Finding joy in conversation, gentleness, and compassion, Willie was a kind and gentle soul and will be sadly missed by all those who loved him.

Willie is survived by daughter Sarah, sisters Charlotte and Annie, brothers John and Joe, brothers-in-law Joe and Eddie, nieces and nephews, Melanie, Jake, Colin, Molly Catherine, and Joe Pat and Lizzie his beloved cat.
