Obituary of David Olguin

David Dwain Olguin 75, born on July 1st, 1948 passed away suddenly at home on January 25, 2024. 

Dave served with the United States Navy including 3 tours in Vietnam on assault craft one boats. Dave worked for Pacific Bell, Mountain Bell and Avaya and retired with 28 years of service. While working with Mountain Bell he met Patty his wife of 35 years. Dave and Patty raised 6 children together. Todd Fellows, Jeff Fellows,  David Olguin Jr., Nicole Olguin and adopted Jordan Olguin and James Olguin.

Preceded in death by his mom, Ann Miranda, his dad, Fidel Miranda and his first wife, Lillian Ruth Olguin. 

Dave is survived by his wife, Patty, his children Todd, Jeff, David Jr, Nicole, Jordan, and James. His sisters Sharon Miranda, Pat Sanchez, Annette Miranda,  Debbie Miranda and his brother John Miranda.  He also had 21 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. 

Spending holidays and barbecuing with family and friends brought him great joy throughout his life.

Family and friends are invited to his Celebration of Life at the Wheatridge Grange on Saturday February 10th from 1-4 pm.
