Obituary of Frank E. Randolph

Frank E. Randolph was born in Jolo, West Virginia to William H. and Bertha Randolph on May 16, 1938 and was the youngest child in his family. He had 5 brothers; Bill, Al, Elmer, Lawrence and John. Frank passed away at his home in Colorado Springs, CO on February 6,2024 at the age of 85. He moved to Colorado Springs from Rosamond, CA after his wife of 47 years, Elena, passed away on February 27, 2019. He is survived by his children Wendy Binder, Gary Randolph and Frank Randolph Jr.  He is also survived by Elena's daughter Lynn and her family.

He enlisted in the Air Force in 1955 and retired in 1975 as a TSG.  He proudly served his country and completed 3 tours in Viet Nam. He was a mechanic most of his life. He later worked in Civil Service at Edwards AFB and retried from that position. After his Civil Service career, he began working for Auto Zone, where he was employed for 12 years, finally retiring for good at age 80.  He enjoyed his grand children and great grandchildren and we were so lucky to have him here to spend time with them all.  Watching them grow and learn was precious to him. His favorite color was blue and he loved his old country and western songs. He worshipped with his son and his family most every Sunday and always looked forward to going out for a meal afterwards.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Meridian Point Christian Church 5450 N Meridian Rd Falcon, CO 80831 from 10-11AM on March 8, 2024.

He and Elena will then be interred at Pikes Peak National Cemetery.
