January 20, 1965 ~ January 31, 2020
Born in: Denver, Colorado

William “Bill, Spicy Bill, Rambo” Herman Lovato, age 55, passed away on January 31, 2020 in Littleton, Colorado.   Bill grew up in Denver, had a passion for auto mechanics and pursued a degree in diesel auto mechanics. He was a devoted Marine, enlisted as a driver and proudly served his country. He had recently retired from Denver Sheriff’s Department after 29 years of service.

Bill was a true lover of warm weather, enjoyed racing around town in his Hellcat and demonstrating his BBQ skills in the lusciously green, rabbit-free backyard he meticulously cared for. He loved to work out, play pool, and fix cars. Bill always willingly loaned his knowledge, time and even tools to family, friends and neighbors alike. He will be most remembered for his big personality, infectious laugh, prankster nature and adoring heart.

Bill is survived by his wife, Brenda; his parents Bill and Sandy; his brother Jim (Tina); his children Nicole, Herman (Wendy), Christal and Chelsey; nephews James and Daniel.  Family, friends, and others whose lives Bill touched are invited to Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO on Thursday, February 20th, 2020 at 10:15am at Staging Area "C" to attend the memorial of his life.  At request of the family, there will not be a public reception following the services.
He was loved dearly and will be missed forever.
