My deepest condolences to Rogers family. He was a good guy and will be missed. I worked with Roger at CHFA and enjoyed talking with him. He would always say hi and when you had a problem he would always help. I remember once he took the time to explain how to fix a problem I was having connecting my computer to wifi at home. He finally drew me a picture so I could understand the problem. He had a great sense of humor and we enjoyed sharing stories about our kids too. I hope the memories you have will help you find peace and comfort you during this difficult time. Paula

Roger and I became instant friends when he found out the was the part of CA I was from. He had spent some time there while in Coast Guard and we’d always chat about my home town. He was a good sport when I’d bust his chops and always tried to dish it back. He could be a very kind soul. He would say good morning every day and every evening when he packed up to head home, I’d get a big smile and he’d wish me a good night. I really wish he would have been able to do more that he loved later in life. Rest In Peace my friend.

Roger was there when I was hired, showed me the ropes with his characteristic humor and down-to-Earth banter and stories. He will be missed!!!

To the family of Roger, please accept my sincere condolences. I called him Roger Dodger, he had such a kind heart. He would come flying over to my desk with something to say that was absolutely crazy, then he would bust out in that infectious laugh and I would just say "go home Roger Dodger",. We would have early morning conversations via teams or perhaps a phone call to talk about music and those strange figurines on his desk. I miss his laughter and our discussions and trading of music. God gives us blessings to share with someone else and Roger was definitely a blessing to me. I will never forget him. Blessing to you all.
